  • Publication number: 20220098552
Abstract: The method for tin vitro or ex vivo amplification of human adipose tissue stem cells includes: —extracting a stromal vascular fraction of a human adipose tissue including endothelial cells of the human adipose tissue vascular network and human adipose tissue stem cells, and an extracellular matrix of the human adipose tissue, the extracellular matrix including endothelial cells of the human adipose tissue vascular network, human adipose tissue stem cells and collagen; —mixing the stromal vascular fraction and the extracellular matrix; and—culturing the mixture obtained in the preceding step, in suspension, in a culture medium.

  • Publication number: 20070122798
Abstract: The invention relates to methods and compositions for screening active RNA in cellulo. The invention more particularly relates to methods of the preparation and selection of random RNA providing a cell with a desired phenotype, to random RNA banks and the production thereof, as well as to cellular populations which are transformed by said banks. The invention further relates to identified active RNA for research or therapeutic uses, in order to induce a desired phenotype in a cell in vitro, ex vivo or in vivo, more particularly in human cells.

  • Patent number: 5837503
Abstract: A recombinant vector containing a cassette for transcription by RNA polymerase III is disclosed. The cassette contains a viral gene transcribed by RNA polymerase III into which an oligonucleotide, a DNA fragment, has been inserted between or outside the boxes A and B constituting the promoter of the viral gene is provided. A method for the intracellular production of an RNA fragment in vitro or in vivo, in which eukaryotic cells containing RNA polymerase III are transfected or infected with a vector according to the invention, containing as oligonucleotides a DNA fragment corresponding to the reverse transcript of the RNA, and in which the eukaryotic cells thus transfected or infected are cultured in a suitable culture medium is also provided. The use of the vectors as a medicinal product is further provided.
