    Abstract: A telescopic cylindrical tube column in which a first tube is fitted into a second tube. Rollers integral with the first tube engage opposite edges of each of a plurality of openings parallel to the longitudinal axis of the column to interlock the tubes. The rollers are fixed to the first tube at points different from their axis of rotation to allow adjustment of the position thereof.
