    Abstract: A lid for a container is openable by peeling. The lid includes a first layer adhered to a second layer (5) having, on its outer face, a sealing agent (6) enabling it to adhere to the container (1, 2). The first layer (3) has a cut-out portion (7) delimiting a gripping tab (8). In addition, the force of adherence between the first and second layers (3, 5) is greater than the force of adherence between the second layer (5) and the container (1, 2). Alternatively, the lid includes a third layer (13) adhered to the first layer (3) and having a hole (15) permitting access to the tab (8).
