  • Publication number: 20210188771
Abstract: Herein is provided a novel process for the preparation of methyl 6-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-5-[4-[(3S)-1-(3-fluoropropyl)pyrrolidin-3-yl]oxyphenyl]-8,9-dihydro-7H-benzo[7]annulene-2-carboxylate by a Suzuki coupling of compound (3), wherein LG represents a leaving group, with an organoboron reagent: Compound (3) is obtained by activation of compound (4) with a leaving group LG, and compound (4) is obtained by alpha-arylation of methyl 5-oxo-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-5H-benzo[7]annulene-2-carboxylate with 1-LG?-2,4-dichlorobenzene, wherein LG? represents a leaving group:

  • Patent number: 7179368
Abstract: The invention concerns a method for selectively desulphurizing thiopene compounds contained in hydrocarbons derived from crude oil distillation, whether refined or not, which consists in oxidising the thiophene sulphur atoms into sulphone in the presence of an oxidising agent and in separating said sulphonated compounds from said hydrocarbons. The invention is characterised in that it consists in oxidising the thiophene compounds in a two-phase turbulent medium comprising a hydrocarbon phase and an aqueous phase, in the presence of at least an oxidising agent soluble in at least one of the two phases and of at least a metal catalyst in soluble or dispersed form in a liquid of in solid form, separation and oxidation occurring simultaneously.

  • Patent number: 6634442
Abstract: Process for using biodegradable drilling muds, characterized in that a able surface sludge which is stable up to about 100° C., with an adjustable filtrate-reducing power of from 2 to 13 cm3 depending on the amount of filtrate-reducing agent used, and with an electrical stability of greater than or equal to 1000 volts, is introduced into the well at the start of drilling, and in that, when the temperature of the terrain passed through reaches 100° C., the surface sludge is replaced with a bottom sludge which is stable at a temperature above 200° C., the volume of the surface sludge representing from 60 to 80% by volume relative to the total volume of sludge used.
