Angularly adjustably mounted on the top of the front post is the steering head which rotatably carries the front fork. A wheel is mounted on the lower end of the front fork. A power strut is also mounted on the chassis axis. A telescopically mounted post extends from the power strut and rotatably carries a rear wheel thereon.
