  • Patent number: 11974704
Abstract: There is provided an endcap, connector, sleeve, and rod system lock designs that can be used to form a customizable shower caddy. The endcap can freely spin without axial movement. The connectors can support product holders at different positions along an extendable rod system. The sleeve can securely connect two rods together. The rod system lock provides a more secure connection between rods of the rod system to easily and reliably lock the rods to their desired combined length.

  • Patent number: 11950722
Abstract: There is provided a dual mount end cap system for mounting a rod. The dual mount end cap system includes both a threaded system and a fastener system. This enables end caps of the system to be pre-mounted using a fastener and also adjusted using the threaded system. The fastener can extend through the dual mount end cap system. Alternatively, the threaded system can be used without the fastener system. There also is provided a stop system to prevent a locking system for an adjustable rod system to prevent the locking system from becoming stuck.

  • Patent number: 11944222
Abstract: There is provided a lock mechanism for an adjustable rod. The lock mechanism provides a manually locking state and an automatic locking state. The automatic locking state provides a more secure locking engagement than the manual locking state. There is also provided improved end cap systems that minimize the number of components.

  • Patent number: 9835488
Abstract: A luggage scale and identification tag system is a combination identification tag and luggage weight scale system having a body with a clear plastic card insert for displaying a business card or other visual identification means on one side and a scale with a display face and graduated weight measurements on the other side. The scale has a spring mechanism that is able to indicate a weight when loaded; the indication via mechanical (analog) means. Simplified versions may just be connectable to luggage via a tie strap.

  • Patent number: 6118732
Abstract: This invention relates to a secure marine communication system and especiy to a sonic communication system utilizing the so-called "sound channel" in the ocean deeps. The propagation of sound in sea water is known to occur along rays which are subject to refraction by variations in sound velocity. In most areas of the oceans, the velocity of sound varies with depth and temperature, and is less at some intermediate depth than it is either at the surface or at the ocean bottom. These oceanographic conditions produce a "sound channel" having at/its horizontal axis a level along which the velocity of sound reaches its minimum value. Essentially, the sound channel provides for a long-range transmission of sound between a sound source and a receiver where both types of sonic equipment are located at a level approximately corresponding to the axis of minimum velocity.

  • Patent number: 4807199
Abstract: An apparatus for measuring the shear modulus profile of the seafloor by measuring the motion of the seafloor in three dimensions and the wave induced pressure at the seafloor and converting these measurements into a shear modulus profile using the Yamamoto equation and the linear inverse theory of wave-seabed interaction.
