Abstract: In one aspect of the present exercise machine, an assembly is attached to the end of a reformer, where the assembly comprises a seat mechanism and a pedal mechanism. The seat mechanism has a seat, a bracket supporting the seat, and a height adjustment system, where activation of the height adjustment system permits selective adjustment and locking of the height of the seat and the bracket by restricting travel of the seat and bracket to a slanted path that is slanted relative to the vertical. The pedal mechanism has an axle, a first pedal arm with a first pedal, and a second pedal arm with a second pedal. The pedal mechanism is located directly beneath the seat when the seat mechanism is in a lowest position and partially exposed in a higher position.

Abstract: A light-weight, egg shaped charcoal grill is presented. The charcoal grill features a grill assembly and a cart. The grill assembly comprises a double walled lid, main body and ash pan, wherein the lid is hingedly connected to the main body and the ash pan is detachable from the main body. The grill assembly features adjustable upper and lower air vents located in the lid and ash pan, respectively, as well as a temperature sensor in the lid. The grill assembly further includes shelves which are rotatable about the perimeter of the grill assembly and which may also be moved from a working position parallel to a ground surface to a folded position perpendicular to the ground surface, for storage.

Abstract: An antenna device with a system for automatic stabilization and positioning control. The antenna device incorporates micro-electromechanical (MEMs)-based accelerometer and gyroscopic integrated circuit (IC) sensors directly into the antenna base in a vehicle-mounted antenna application. The sensors enable the antenna device to automatically stabilize the antenna to achieve a desired beam sweep region, independent of vehicle movement, without requiring external sensor input. The invention eliminates the need for a communication interface to externally mounted orientation sensors, reduces cable I/O, and eases the installation procedure.
