    Abstract: Systems and methods of the present invention provide for a server device processing instructions that when executed, cause the systems to: generate a core curriculum activity associated with a global scale of English (GSE) and an assessment for the core curriculum activity; calculate a preliminary assessment of the activity, identify a threshold value in a database, and if the preliminary assessment score is below the threshold, generate a supplemental curriculum activity and assessment and calculate a second assessment score. If the preliminary assessment score is above the threshold, a certification score is associated with the user that took the assessment.
