  • Patent number: 10417610
Abstract: A system for verifying a load placed in one or more trucks that include a plant, a mixer, a discharge point, the one or more trucks, an output ID, an output ID reader and a material load verification non-transitory storage media. The system may also include a third-party cloud platform or an output ID reader that display data from the output ID reader that may be read, relayed and utilized for a configuration decision that would be made by a plant manager on comparing a truck file database with the load matrix interface.

Date of Patent: September 17, 2019
Inventors: Brent Robert Pommerening, Patrick Alan Dunbar
  • Publication number: 20190204139
Abstract: A system for automatically initializing a weighing process of one or more loads at a concrete plant or an asphalt plant. The system includes a plant, a staging area, a truck and a fleet of trucks. Each truck contains one output device which contains a unique output device ID identifier, an output device reader or readers, a batch non-transitory storage media, a dispatch non-transitory storage media, a reader non-transitory storage media and a material load verification non-transitory storage media, a third party or cloud non-transitory storage media and a master truck file containing a truck file for each truck and a database.

  • Publication number: 20100229352
Abstract: A rigid U-shaped structure sized to be closely received on the tip end of the transfer hook. One side of the U-shape of the structure is closed. A padeye is rigidly attached to the end curved portion of the U-shape of the structure. Means for holding the U-shaped structure in position on the tip end of the hook is provided. The holding means may be threaded bores through one or both sides of the U-shaped structure that allow bolts to be threaded through the holes such that they create sufficient friction against the tip end of the transfer hook to hold the U-shaped structure in position.

  • Patent number: 5143481
Abstract: The invention relates to a method of utilizing sewage sludge to form a stablized sterile or pasteurized material which can be used as fertilizer, as fill for land development, or as a cover in solid-waste disposal applications. Fluidized bed combustion residue, fly ash, or FBCR and fly ash are added directly to the sewage sludge exothermic heat is released and the mixture is cured in order to eliminate bacterial and other pathogenic agents. The mixture has a soil-like consistancy, making it spreadable. The mixture has both the nutritive benefits of sewage sludge as a fertilizer and alkalinity for treatment of overly acidic soil.

    Filed: April 18, 1991
Date of Patent: September 1, 1992
    Assignee: American Fly Ash Company
