In some embodiments, a method includes dissolving, via an agitated vessel, CBD oil in a solvent to thereby form a slurry comprising CBD isolate and excess solvent, and sending at least a portion of the slurry from the agitated vessel to an agitated Nutsche filter dryer. Some embodiments include pressurizing an internal portion of the agitated Nutsche filter dryer to remove the excess solvent and capture the CBD isolate in a filter of the agitated Nutsche filter dryer.

In some embodiments, the method comprises loading a first portion of biomass into a vessel and loading a first portion of solvent into the vessel, and holding the first portion of biomass and the first portion of solvent in the vessel for a predetermined amount of time, whereby the first portion of biomass and the first portion of solvent define a first slurry of a first cycle. Abstract: Many embodiments described herein facilitate continuous biomass extraction and centrifugation. The biomass extraction and centrifugation system may include biomass and solvent feed tanks, a plurality of vessels, and a centrifuge. The biomass and solvent feed tanks may be fluidly coupled to the plurality of vessels, which may in turn be fluidly coupled to the centrifuge. In this manner, the system may be arranged and configured to run in a continuous manner with a substantially constant and repeatable extraction result.
