Abstract: A mobile video surveillance apparatus comprises a single equipment chassis and enclosure within a motor vehicle, and plural video cameras mounted on the motor vehicle; the chassis incorporating a power converter interconnected for operation from a battery source, an embedded computer including a cellular wireless network device, a video capture circuit interconnected with multiple video cameras for receiving transmitting and recording video signals therefrom, storage capability, a signal amplifier whereby the video signals are able to be transmitted via the public cellular network via Internet to selected remote locations and remote viewers are able to select each of the plural video camera feeds for viewing via the Internet.

Abstract: A set of geopolitical cards and methods of play therefore. The set includes a plurality of geopolitical entity cards, each having an associated geopolitical entity represented or associated therewith, along with factual information contained in categories. The set further includes cards containing queries for use in some methods of play, the queries being answerable using the geopolitical entity cards, and cards containing categories of information for use in some methods of play, the categories of information corresponding to categories of the geopolitical entity cards. Variations of play with the cards include dealing cards to each player, and scoring for each player based on play of the game played. In some variations, queries and categories are selected for answers using the geopolitical entity cards. In other variations of play, players' hands are compared to determine scoring and winning.

Abstract: A hypertext network and a method for displaying user selectable information modules in a hypertext network are provided for use in an interactive data processing system. The hypertext network includes a plurality of user selectable information modules. At least some of the modules include a link reference phrase to an other user selectable target module. Responsive to a user selection input, a link reference phrase to an other user selectable target module is identified in a selected information module. The availability of the other user selectable target module corresponding to the identified link reference phrase is determined and the identified reference phrase link is selectively activated or deactivated responsive to the determined availability of other user selectable target module. The identified reference phrase link can be selectively activated or deactivated based upon user class or user authority.
