    Abstract: A pillow drape for use with a thermal medical treatment apparatus or device is provided. The drape includes a sterilized sheet for covering the warming medical device that covers the device body and a basin that is used to store a warming liquid. The pillow drape includes an enclosure having a support member therein to support a medical instrument, such as a surgical scope, during warming of the scope. The support member can be housed between first and second sections of the pillow drape sheet in a pocket portion. The support member can be positioned on an extension shelf added to the warming device to provide additional storage room while not taking up room in the surgical or medical room. Additionally, a cord hook can be attached to the medical device to aid in routing a power cord for the device away from traffic.

    Abstract: A method and circuit is disclosed for diminishing the DC offset or AC unbalance in an AC load driven by a phase control switch type controller. The method consist of two parts, which may act singly or in concert. The method and circuit of the invention first reduces asymmetry between positive and negative half cycle gating and secondly obtains the amount of DC offset presented to the load, stores that information, and then utilizing the stored information adjusts the function of the controller to diminish the DC offset to a low value by causing causes positive and negative half cycles of the load power to be substantially identical positive and negative half cycles of the load power to be substantially identical. One or more circuits may be provided to reduce the asymmetry of the phase gating circuit, and one or more circuits may be provided to capture the DC offset, allowing correction of the switch output to substantially cancel the unbalance.

The system for mounting elongated panels to a substructure will allow a deck system to be installed without the use of any mechanical fasteners such as screws, nails or individual fasteners, and will allow installation of deck systems mounted onto wood, concrete, or steel substructures, in a horizontal, vertical, overhead (or anything in between) fashion. The upper fasteners and receivers, referred to as tangs, maintain the desired gap between composite deck boards for the life of the deck.

The installation time of deckboards being reduced by upwards of 50% from any existing (prior art) concealed fastening systems.     Abstract: An electrical load power control device is described that reduces the power consumption of inductive and inductive-dissipative loads, including for example fluorescent lighting. The power circuit of the invention interrupts AC power supply to the load during a plurality of intervals within each half cycle of the AC mains signal frequency whilst providing an alternate path for current flow during the interruption to maintain a sinusoidal-like current to the load. During a crossover lag zone encompassing zero crossing points of the voltage and current and during which the voltage and current have opposite polarities, both elements of the power switch are switched to the “on” condition, one element of the circulating switch is switched to the “on” condition when a positive current is flowing in the load and the other element of the circulating switch is switched to the “on” condition when a negative current is flowing in the load.
