Abstract: “ROTATING SYSTEM FOR BUILDINGS IN GENERAL”, the present patent of invention is described as a rotating system for buildings in general which, according to the characteristics thereof, provides the formation of a rotating system (1) in a proper and specific mechanical driving structure for the application in commercial and/or residential buildings (B) with two or more stories (A) or floors, in order to provide, in an extremely comfortable, practical and safe way, that each one of the floors (A) thereof rotates freely and independently in either direction, at any moment and for any number of turns directly by the residents' command and, having as a basis the incorporation of a fixed structure (2) in each one of the floors (A) as a support, a rotary platform (3) as a revolving element, a driving assembly (4) to impart movement, a control panel (5) to command the system, a sealing assembly (6) as a protection and an electrification assembly (7) to collect electric power.
