  • Patent number: 11551554
Abstract: In one example embodiment, a computer-implemented method for coordinating the movement of assets at transfer hubs includes determining one or more assets to move from a first location associated with a transfer hub. The method also includes assigning a jockey to move the one or more assets to a second location associated with the transfer hub based at least in part on an availability of the jockey. • Publication number: 20220092988
Abstract: In one example embodiment, a computer-implemented method for managing available capacity at a location for receiving an asset includes obtaining data indicative of one or more first assets that will arrive at a first location within a first transfer hub at an arrival time, the one or more first assets being associated with a first service provider. The method includes determining an available capacity at the first location within the first transfer hub for receiving the one or more first assets at the arrival time. The method includes moving one or more second assets positioned at the first location to a second location within the first transfer hub to increase the available capacity at the first location for receiving the one or more first assets at the arrival time.

  • Publication number: 20210247196
Abstract: Systems and methods for detecting objects with autonomous light electric vehicles are provided. A computer-implemented method can include obtaining, by a computing system comprising one or more computing devices positioned onboard an autonomous light electric vehicle, image data from a camera located onboard the autonomous light electric vehicle. The computer-implemented method can further include determining, by the computing system, that the autonomous light electric vehicle has a likelihood of interacting with an object based at least in part on the image data. In response to determining that the autonomous light electric vehicle has the likelihood of interacting with the object, the computer-implemented method can further include determining, by the computing system, a control action to modify an operation of the autonomous light electric vehicle. The computer-implemented method can further include implementing, by the computing system, the control action.

  • Publication number: 20210233198
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed herein for detecting non-compliant use of a micro-mobility vehicle, for example, based on parking the micro-mobility vehicle outside of a designated area. In an embodiment, a processor detects that a micro-mobility vehicle shared by a plurality of users has transitioned from an operational state to a parked state, where the micro-mobility vehicle was operated by a user of the plurality of users when in the operational state. The processor determines a location of the micro-mobility vehicle while the micro-mobility vehicle is in the parked state, and evaluates whether it is permissible to transition the micro-mobility vehicle to the parked state at the location. Responsive to determining that it is not permissible to transition to the parked state at the location, the processor updates a profile of the user to indicate non-compliant use of the micro-mobility vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20210124348
Abstract: Systems and methods for clustering autonomous light electric vehicles are provided. A method can include obtaining, by a computing system, data indicative of a respective location for each of a plurality of autonomous light electric vehicles; determining, by the computing system, at least a subset of the plurality of autonomous light electric vehicles to cluster within a geographic area based at least in part on the data indicative of the respective location for each of the plurality of autonomous light electric vehicles; determining, by the computing system, a point autonomous light electric vehicle and one or more follower autonomous light electric vehicles based at least in part on one or more properties of the subset of the autonomous light electric vehicles; and controlling, by the computing system, each of the follower autonomous light electric vehicles to within a threshold distance of the point autonomous light electric vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20200356107
Abstract: Systems and methods for detecting walkways using sensor data from an autonomous light electric vehicle are provided. A method can include obtaining, by a computing system comprising one or more computing devices, sensor data from a sensor located onboard an autonomous light electric vehicle. The method can further include determining, by the computing system, that the autonomous light electric vehicle is located on a walkway based at least in part on the sensor data. In response to determining that the autonomous light electric vehicle is located on the walkway, the method can further include determining, by the computing system, a control action to modify an operation or a location of the autonomous light electric vehicle. The method can further include implementing, by the computing system, the control action.
