  • Publication number: 20240160117
Abstract: Apparatus and method for substrate processing are described herein. More specifically, the apparatus and method are directed towards apparatus and method for performing a field guided post exposure bake operation on a semiconductor substrate. The apparatus is a processing module (100) and includes an upper portion (102) with an electrode (400) and a base portion (104) which is configured to support a substrate (500) on a substrate support surface (159). The upper portion (102) and the base portion (104) are actuated toward and away from one another using one or more arms (112) and form a process volume (404). The process volume (404) is filled with a process fluid and the processing module (100) is rotated about an axis (A). An electric field is applied to the substrate (500) by the electrode (400) before the process fluid is drained from the process volume (404).

  • Publication number: 20240138723
Abstract: A test strip for sampling a bodily fluid may include multiple layers of a substrate material, an adhesive between at least some of the multiple layers, and a microfluidic channel formed between at least some of the multiple layers. The test strip may further include multiple electrodes on one of the multiple layers, positioned and partially exposed within the microfluidic channel, an additional material positioned at or near an entrance to the microfluidic channel, to selectively limit the flow of at least one of bubbles or debris into the microfluidic channel, and at least one exit port in at least one of the multiple layers to allow for release of pressure from the test strip. In some embodiments, the test strip is a saliva analysis test strip. In some embodiments, the test strip includes multiple exit ports to prevent blockage of sample flow.

  • Patent number: 6974163
Abstract: A tubular door lock includes a dead bolt and a follower slidably received in a housing and coupled together. The follower included a groove formed between two levers, two actuators are rotatably received in the housing and each includes one or more actuating fingers engageable with the levers of the follower, for selectively actuating the levers of the follower to move the dead bolt relative to the housing, when the actuators are rotated relative to the housing. The provision of the actuators in different positions relative to the housing allows the lock device or the knob to engage with either of actuators, for allowing the lock device and the knob to be secured into the door panel at different positions.

  • Patent number: 6935149
Abstract: An electric door lock includes a handle rotatably attached to a housing, a lock device engaged in the housing, a follower rotatably secure the handle to the housing, an electromagnetic control device having a receptacle rotatably received in the follower, a plunger slidably engaged in the receptacle and extendible out of the receptacle to engage with the follower, and a latching device for selectively latching the plunger to the receptacle. The plunger may be selectively actuated to engage with the follower either by the lock device and correct keys or by the electromagnetic control device with correctly entered passwords or secret codes.
