  • Publication number: 20240386214
Abstract: A natural language workflow policy is generated for a workflow to solve customer support tickets is automatically generated from representative tickets. Tools, such as API calls, may also be automatically generated from representative tickets. In one implementation, a clustering technique may be used to identify representative answers for particular customer support topics. The generated workflows may be used by a large language model to generate answers for customer questions for an autonomous AI chatbot agent.

  • Publication number: 20240386213
Abstract: An autonomous customer support Chatbot Agent utilizes a large language model to aid in implementing a workflow to solve a customer issue. A natural language workflow policy may be selected by an admin, along with tools such as API calls. The large language model determines the implementation details for the workflow based on the workflow policy and the selected tools.

  • Publication number: 20240156966
Abstract: The present invention relates to a siRNA drug, a pharmaceutical composition, a siRNA-small molecule drug conjugate, and the application thereof. The siRNA molecules block the life cycle of virus replication by targeting and inhibiting the expression of key genes for influenza viruses, reduce viral infection, and ultimately clear the viruses. The present invention provides a drug based on the siRNA. The drug can be atomized into liquid droplets through an atomizing device, and the liquid droplets reach the lower respiratory tract and the lung by inhalation, so as to inhibit the replication of the influenza viruses. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention can exert a synergistic antiviral effect through different mechanisms of action.

  • Publication number: 20140129323
Abstract: Traffic quality on online properties may be assessed continually, and the traffic quality may be used to determine the price of a click-through for an ad placed on the web property. Advertisers bid on keywords, and the bids are used by an advertising engine to place ads on web pages and other online properties. A benchmark price may be set based on the bids. When a user clicks on (or otherwise activates) an ad, the advertiser pays an amount for the click that is based on the benchmark price and on the traffic quality of the property on which the ad had been placed. Machine learning may be used to create a model that predicts traffic quality based on observable feature of a property, thereby allowing the traffic quality of a property to be assessed in real time rather than historically.
