Abstract: Techniques for providing and implementing a single skill associated with custom functionality and system-provided functionality are described. The skill may be used to invoke functionality in response to a user input without requiring a user remember exact formulations to cause the functionality to be performed. The skill may be associated with more than one domain. For example, the skill may be associated with custom sample user inputs (corresponding to the custom functionality) that correspond to a custom domain while the skill may also be associated with system-provided sample user inputs (corresponding to the system-provided functionality) associated with a non-custom domain.

Abstract: A vaporizing heat exchanger (10, 68) is provided for vaporizing a fluid flow using a thermal energy containing flow. Flow paths (24, 26, 28) for each of the fluid flow and the thermal energy containing flow are located relative to each other such that the fluid flow makes multiple passes wherein the fluid is vaporized and subsequently superheated.

Abstract: A device for assisting in managing food and medicine intake includes a plurality of alarms each set to correspond to a time for a patient to intake at least one of food and medicine; a display for displaying a time setting for each of the alarms; a mechanism for storing verbal messages containing recorded human voice instructions for taking the at least one of the food and medicine; and a mechanism for audibly outputting the verbal messages.

Abstract: A heat exchanger including upper and lower header tanks, a vertical baffle in the lower header tank defining first and second longitudinal chambers, a check valve, two tube rows, and a coolant inlet to the first chamber and outlet from the second chamber. The baffle includes a by-pass hole therethrough. One tube row includes a plurality of vertical tubes extending between the upper header tank and the first chamber of the lower header tank, and the other tube row includes a plurality of vertical tubes extending between the upper header tank and the second chamber of the lower header tank. The check valve creates a leak-proof seal during standard operating mode to prevent pressure release from the header tank and creates an air path between the header tank and the environment during draining mode to allow vacuum relief from the header tank.
