Abstract: A computer implemented system and method using a mobile device having a processor for displaying results of regulatory compliance tests configured to perform the steps of: displaying a first data field in the mobile application for allowing the entry of a handwritten value. Comparing a numerical result to that determined from the handwritten value against an expected numerical value. Displaying a final value based on the step of comparing in a second data field where the application indicates if the manufacturing compliance test is compliant based upon the final value.
