    Abstract: A battery charging method, and a battery pack using the same. In the battery charging method, constant-current charging is performed in a plurality of phases, and a magnitude of charge current with which a battery is charged is determined according to a charge amount of the battery. The charge amount may be determined by measuring the voltage of the battery or by integrating the charging current over time. When the battery charging method is used, a battery charging time is reduced and the battery is less apt to be overcharged.
