    Abstract: A sensor bar shelf monitor, for example that may be added to an existing shelving system to convert a store to autonomous operation. The sensor bar may contain distance sensor to detect shoppers reaching towards items on a shelf, and cameras to determine which items shoppers have taken. It may be installed into shelf supports such as gondola shelving uprights. The sensor bar may be located at the front edge of a shelf, and may monitor the shelf below. Placing the sensor bar along the front edge prevents damage to electronics from spills or shelf cleaning, and prevents heat from the sensor bar electronics from damaging items on the shelf. The sensor bar may have a local sensor bar processor that collects sensor data; images may be analyzed locally or transferred to more powerful store processors. A sensor bar may also have controllable lights and controllable electronic labels.

    Abstract: A parking management method and system wherein the parking rate for a parking facility varies based on the capacity of the parking facility, weather or other factors. The current parking rate is visible on a display positioned at the entry to the parking facility or, alternatively, on a payment kiosk near or in the parking facility. As the driver accepts the displayed rate, a camera records both the rate and the driver, thereby providing verification that the driver accepted the displayed rate. When the driver leaves the parking facility, or in the event of a dispute over the rate agreed-upon by the driver, the photograph may be displayed as verification of the rate the driver accepted.

    Abstract: A gateless parking management system is disclosed. When a vehicle entering a parking facility is proximal to a beacon, the beacon pushes payment information to the driver's mobile device or the vehicle's head unit and a license plate recognition camera captures and transmits license plate information to a back-end system through the cloud. After entering the parking facility, the driver has a limited amount of time to make payment, either through the mobile application or at pay-by-plate pay stations positioned proximal to parking spaces in the parking facility. If the driver fails or refuses to make payment within the allotted time, the system may initiate an enforcement action.

The tubular extension member further includes a circumferential ring disposed therearound providing a water stop to the infiltration of moisture after construction of the post-tensioning assembly. An anchor plate cap is also provided for covering the terminal end of the post-tensioned tendon. The cap is constructed with a radially extending ridge disposed along the inner edge for interlocking engagement with the anchor plate. A round die cut foam insert is provided in the cap to seal the terminal end of the tendon.

Eccentric misalignment of the apertures is provided by relative rotation between the housing and the block to therein provide the shearing action. A clamp is disposed outwardly of the block for securing the tendon to be terminated. In this manner, a post-tension tendon of the type utilized in concrete construction or the like, can be safely terminated and controlled within a recessed region with efficiency and dimensional control.
