  • Publication number: 20160200174
Abstract: An air vent assembly includes a rain cover that shields an air vent against entry of rain or other precipitation when a vent cap is in an open position to allow ventilation of a vehicle, such as a recreational vehicle, or a boat or other structure. A plurality of connectors formed as unitary portions of the rain cover and the air vent allow the rain cover to be attached and subsequently removed from the air vent.

  • Patent number: 6357249
Abstract: An air conditioner is provided which is mounted on the rooftop of a recreational vehicle to provide cooling of an interior space within the vehicle. The air conditioner has a single motor that mounts both a centrifugal fan and an axial fan for rotation about a vertical axis. The centrifugal fan is positioned within an evaporator compartment that contains an evaporator for providing cooling of an air stream drawn therethrough. The centrifugal fan draws warm air from within the interior space of the vehicle into the evaporator compartment where it passes through the evaporator and is then drawn axially through a center opening into the centrifugal fan. The cooled air is expelled tangentially from the centrifugal fan and is redirected downwardly by a surrounding scroll and delivered to the interior space for cooling thereof. The axial fan is positioned in a condenser compartment where it draws outdoor air through a condenser for heat exchange therewith.

  • Patent number: 5906175
Abstract: A methodology for the asexual propagation of a plurality of species of substantially sedentary marine invertebrates which naturally attach to or hold fast to a support where propagation is achieved by employment of segmentation and transplantation which is accomplished by intentionally forced segmentation of a predeterminable portion of the invertebrate's tissue and where the segmented tissue is manipulated to become substantially attached to a suitable support by a temporary holding device thereby resulting in a condition where the primary invertebrate as well as the propagated invertebrate can survive independently of one another.

  • Patent number: 4325345
Abstract: A new and improved fuel vaporization and delivery system for vaporization of gasoline from the fuel line of an internal combustion engine and for delivery of fuel in the vapor state to a conventional carburetor or into an air stream at the intake manifold to afford increased exposure of the fuel in the fuel air mixture for complete combustion and utilization of fuel. The invention incorporates self regulatory features, stages and materials to match the chemical and thermodynamic properties of gasoline while maintaining a safe margin below the flash point of gasoline.
