Abstract: The amendment under Article 19 is intended to emphasize an important feature of the invention, namely that there is an implicit contract between the user and a provider with which the user interacts via the network that the provider will not keep the information contained in a cookie which the provider makes for the user and the user returns to the provider during a transaction between the user and provider between transactions and that the implicit contract is part of the system's interface with the user. This feature is fully supported by the Specification as originally filed. See in this regard at least page 12, line 18-page 13, line 5 and FIGS. 12 and 15.
