    Abstract: A panic alarm system is provided for installation in a motor vehicle, the system aiding in thwarting criminal attacks against vehicle occupants as well as car hijacking of an occupied vehicle. The system triggerable by occupant use of activation switches in multiple vehicle locations, or via occupant speaking a programmed voice alarm activation phrase, or alternately remotely activated from a mobile cellular device within limited close range of the vehicle. The system designed to take advantage of government mandated national emergency call systems such as the FCC's Enhanced 911 system and provide vehicle location to emergency call dispatchers using features of E911, or GPS global coordinates. Advantageously capturing video images to a removable flash memory card as an aid to later identification and conviction of assailant. Once the alarm is activated, the alarm can be disabled by correctly entering a secured disabling code into an alarm deactivation keypad.
