    Abstract: An apparatus and system to play audio signals from an audio source is disclosed. The apparatus is positionable within a fistula defining a channel extending through a pinna of an ear of a user from a first surface of the pinna to a second surface of the pinna such that the channel extends through an entire width of the pinna. The apparatus includes a housing, a speaker, and an audio signal receiving member. The housing is positionable within the channel in the ear of the user and includes an enclosure defining a speaker receiving space. The speaker is positioned within the speaker receiving space. In an engaged position, at least a portion of the speaker is positioned within the channel in the ear of the user. The audio signal receiving member is electrically coupled to the speaker and is communicably coupleable with the audio source.
