  • Publication number: 20240160117
Abstract: Apparatus and method for substrate processing are described herein. More specifically, the apparatus and method are directed towards apparatus and method for performing a field guided post exposure bake operation on a semiconductor substrate. The apparatus is a processing module (100) and includes an upper portion (102) with an electrode (400) and a base portion (104) which is configured to support a substrate (500) on a substrate support surface (159). The upper portion (102) and the base portion (104) are actuated toward and away from one another using one or more arms (112) and form a process volume (404). The process volume (404) is filled with a process fluid and the processing module (100) is rotated about an axis (A). An electric field is applied to the substrate (500) by the electrode (400) before the process fluid is drained from the process volume (404).

  • Patent number: 11978494
Abstract: A method of operating a memory device that includes the steps of receiving a read command and a target address in a non-volatile memory (NVM) array, in which the NVM array is divided into a plurality of blocks based on row and column addresses, performing a read operation on NVM cells in the target address and coupling an output of each NVM cell read to a sensing circuit, generating a local reference voltage based on a base reference voltage and an adjustment reference voltage corresponding to the target address of the NVM cells being read and a block that the NVM cells belong thereto, and offsetting the base reference voltage with the adjustment reference voltage, and coupling the local reference voltage to the sensing circuit. Other embodiments are also described.

  • Patent number: 11959120
Abstract: Provided herein are methods of producing oils with reduced saturated fatty acids. The methods include culturing oil-producing microorganisms in a fermentation medium in the presence of one or more antifoaming agents under a controlled carbon consumption rate, wherein the culturing produces oils comprising fatty acids and wherein less than 35% of the fatty acids in the oil are saturated fatty acids.

  • Patent number: 8152178
Abstract: The present invention relates to a shopping bag with a detachable wheel chassis, comprising a bag body having bag handles and a receiving portion disposed on its bottom, and a two-wheel chassis detachably configured to bear and hold the bag body thereon. The chassis is made of a piece of resilient metal wire and has a configuration having a downwardly extended supporting portion, two oppositely and inwardly inserting portions adapted to be received in the receiving portion of the bag body, and two end portions on which the two wheels are rotatably mounted. The shopping bag of the invention is convenient to use, low in cost, simple in structure, and also finds a wide range of applications. The invention also provides a two-wheel chassis detachably configured to bear and hold an article having a relatively flat bottom and a receiving portion on the flat bottom.
