  • Publication number: 20220185535
Abstract: A collapsible bin assembly includes an upper support having upper walls, a lower support having lower walls and a collapsible wall structure. The collapsible wall structure has a deployed position and a folded position. The collapsible wall structure has solid walls and collapsible walls, with each solid wall being hingedly connected to two of the collapsible walls at a living hinge. Each of the collapsible walls has a middle hinge allowing the collapsible walls to fold upon themselves. Each of the collapsible walls has a support panel connected to an interior face of the collapsible wall on a first side of the middle hinge such that the support panel abuts the interior face of the collapsible wall on a second side of the middle hinge when the collapsible wall and the collapsible wall structure are in the deployed position.

  • Patent number: 8915024
Abstract: A hunting blind including a front wall having an opening therethrough and a multi-position window covering the opening. The multi-position window includes a panel with an elongate aperture covered by a door pivotally connected to the panel. The multi-position window has a first position on the front wall and covering the opening wherein the elongate aperture extends vertically for hunting with a bow. The multi-position window has a second position on the front wall and covering the opening wherein the elongate aperture extends horizontally for hunting with a gun.

  • Publication number: 20030201272
Abstract: A box-like container includes a bottom wall and two side walls formed from a single sheet of material, such as corrugated plastic, and a pair of rigid end walls are attached to the ends of the bottom and side walls by a locking mechanism. A continuous reinforcing hoop is provided along the upper edges of the side and end walls.

  • Patent number: 5351846
Abstract: An improved collapsible sidewall structure for a stackable bin having a sidewall which is of a two-ply construction defined by inner and outer layers, each being extruded plastic layers having inner and outer sheets joined by transversely extending ribs so as to define elongated flutes or channels, with one of the inner and outer layers having the flutes projecting horizontally, and the other layer preferably having the flutes projecting vertically. The horizontally fluted layer also defines a corner hinge arrangement of the sidewall structure. The horizontally fluted layer, adjacent the free edge of the vertically fluted layer, is provided with an undercut slot projecting vertically thereof and opening inwardly for communication with the interface between the inner and outer layers. This slot has a vertically elongated reinforcing bar adhesively secured therein.

  • Patent number: 5322213
Abstract: A storage container or bin primarily constructed of extruded fluted plastic panels. The container includes two opposed pairs of generally parallel side walls, each side wall including at least one upright extruded plastic panel disposed with the flutes extending vertically to provide vertical column strength. A stacking and reinforcing loop of metal rod is positioned in direct load-bearing engagement with the upper edges of the side walls, with the rod being fixedly secured to each side wall by securing flanges which are integral with the fluted material defining the side walls and which snugly wrap around the top rod and are fixedly secured to the respective side wall. The top stacking rod is provided with a stacking bracket adjacent each corner of the container, which bracket is positioned outwardly and upwardly of the reinforcing rod to secure and cooperate with a lower corner of a second container when the latter is vertically stacked on the top stacking rod of the first container.

  • Patent number: 5295726
Abstract: A sidewall panel for securement between posts associated with a truck bed. The panel is defined by a generally rectangular ringlike frame having generally parallel top and bottom edge rails which are rigidly joined together by vertically extending edge rails. Corner members couple the horizontal and vertical edge rails together. The interior of the frame is occupied by a sheet of stiffening material, such as a rigid plastic foam sheet. Opposite sides of the panel are defined by thin covering sheets of hard material, such as rigid plastic.

  • Patent number: 4899880
Abstract: A packaging separator adapted to be disposed in load bearing engagement between a pair of articles, such as windshields. The separator includes a sheet-like supporting element constructed of a generally nonresilient plastic foam and having enlarged opposed side surfaces for respectively contacting opposed surfaces associated with a pair of adjacent windshields. The supporting member has one or more shallow recesses formed inwardly from one of said side surfaces, and each recess contains therein a sheet-like gripping pad constructed of a resilient foam. The gripping pad, in a resiliently nondeformed condition, has a thickness which is significantly greater than the depth of the recess to define an outer gripping surface which extend generally parallel with but is normally spaced outwardly from the respectively adjacent side surface of the supporting element.

  • Patent number: 4700862
Abstract: A stackable storage bin having a collapsible six-fold sidewall structure which, when opened, defines a vertically-oriented rectangular tube which removably cooperates with upper and lower pallets for defining a closed storage compartment. The sidewall arrangement has the end and side walls constructed of at least a three-ply laminate defined by inner and outer layers fixedly and coextensively secured to opposite sides of an intermediate layer. The inner and outer layers each include inner and outer facing sheets joined by transversely extending ribs therebetween. These inner and outer layers are entirely of plastic and are preferably formed either as a profile extrusion or as a double-faced corrugated sheet. The intermediate layer is of a light-weight rigid foam.
