Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method are provided for process control during a transfer of an entity from a transferor system to a transferee system. The method comprises, in a pre-transition state, storing data of a user in the memory comprising combined non-divested data that remain with the transferor, and to-be divested data that are a part of the entity and remain with the entity during and after the transfer. In a transitional state, the method provides full access to the user data by the transferor, provides additional limited access to the to-be divested data by the transferee, receives required new access credentials permitting the user to access the to be divested data, and partially restricts access to the to-be divested data. In a final state, the method divests the to-be divested data, making it divested data, and removes access to the divested data by the transferor.

A receipt from a purchase by the individual is received. The receipt includes information relating to the purchase made by the individual. Information from the receipt relative to the financial goal is analyzed. At least one of the one or more personal media elements is selected for presentation with the receipt. The at least one of the one or more personal media elements selected is related to an effect of the purchase on achieving the financial goal.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing for a personal data storage, retrieval, and sharing system are described. The system permits users to store important personal documents and personal information in a secure data storage system. The system can extract information from the stored documents. The user can then share stored documents themselves and/or the information extracted from the stored documents with other users.

Abstract: Token management systems and methods are described. The token management systems and methods are configured to receive a plurality of tokens from a plurality of entities associated with a user and to enable the user to manage the tokens in a secure, convenient, efficient, and time-saving manner. The token management system may be accessed with a user device. In some arrangements, the token management system is structured to receive a registration request from a user, request a plurality of tokens from different entities where the user has associated tokens, and to provide various token management functions to the user. The token management functions allow the user to change, reassociate, activate, and deactivate the tokens, as well as create new tokens.

Abstract: Techniques of detecting errors on a transaction channel. As described herein, nodes that perform actions of a transaction channel automatically generate reception records that memorialize receptions by the nodes of transaction items that represent financial transactions. These reception records can be analyzed to determine whether a node that performs an action in the transaction channel failed to receive a transaction item within an expected time. If a node that performs an action in the transaction channel failed to receive a transaction item within the expected time, an error remediation process may be performed.

The remaining suspects go in the suspect queue of a universal workstation. After being researched, suspects found not to be duplicates are posted. The remaining suspects are flagged as duplicates and routed to an adjustor for further action.

As described in this disclosure, a financial institution receives checks drawn on other financial institutions as customer deposits. The financial institution then uses the identified method to clear the check.
