  • Publication number: 20260125927
Abstract: An improved wire clip is described which attaches fencing wire to a T-post. The clip is made of high carbon steel and has a preformed shape. One end features a preformed curl that engages fencing wire on one lateral side of a T-post. A middle section has a preformed shape that allows the clip to fit around the T-post spine. Another section features a preformed bend that engages the fencing wire on the other lateral side of the T-post. The other end of the clip features a length of wire terminating in a preformed curl. This other end bends back so that the curl on this end engages the T-post spine. This improved clip can be installed without the aid of wires or protective work gloves.

  • Publication number: 20260031255
Abstract: An extended insulator assembly holds an electrified wire at a distance from the fence. The assembly does not need to be attached at the fence post but can be attached directly to the fencing. The assembly consists of two arms. At one end, the arms have C-shaped structures featuring a channel into which the electrified wire is inserted. The wire is inserted with the two arms combined such that the grooves are aligned. After the wire is inserted, the arms are rotated locking the wire in place and forming a V-shaped structure that both braces the electrified wire and can be attached to the fence line and firmly holds the wire in place at a distance from the fence line.

  • Patent number: 11624202
Abstract: The spring wire clip fastens fence wire to T-posts. The clip is constructed from hardened high carbon spring steel and has a geometry that allows the clip to be installed with no tools. The middle of the clip has a shape complementary to the T-post spine, typically a ā€œVā€ shape, such that the clip wraps around the spine and the two ends extend laterally. Each end has a curl that can engage the fence wire on either side of the T-post. The clips can be installed five times faster than with standard twist-type clips and can be repositioned, or reused, as the attachment is not permanent.

  • Patent number: 11346124
Abstract: The corner fence post support consists of cylindrically shaped main ratchet that sits on top of a corner fence post, typically a T-post. A second component, a ratchet socket is attached to support legs. The bottom of the legs can be fitted with specialized foot structures or simply driven into the ground. The legs are usually placed inside the fence line where they provide outward support to the corner post to counter the inward force of the fence line. The main ratchet and ratchet socket can easily engage and lock together at multiple vertical positions, so that the optimal fit can be readily obtained under a variety of local conditions and a variety of grades, whether level, uphill or down-hill.

  • Patent number: 10358840
Abstract: A T-post insulator that includes means to attach in a plurality of locations around the post. The insulator portion of the device consists of an outer surface that wraps around the T-post about 270 degrees for optimal insulation of the wire. The wire is installed through means of a snap in action from the top center of the wire around a retaining post. The wire is insulated fully regardless if installed on a straight run or a corner installation where wrapping around the T-post is required.
