  • Publication number: 20110246255
Abstract: A system and method for advancing marketing opportunities to sales is described. One embodiment identifies a plurality of consumer states corresponding to particular situations in a sales lifecycle, one of which corresponds to a completed sale; ascertains one or more correlations among historical sales-lead attributes, product attributes, sales-agent attributes, sales activities, and consumer state transitions; identifies a particular product having a particular set of product attributes; identifies a particular sales lead having a particular set of lead attributes; identifies a particular sales agent having a particular set of agent attributes; identifies one or more particular sales activities; and derives, based on application of the one or more correlations, an estimated probability that a consumer associated with the particular sales lead will transition from one of the plurality of consumer states to another of the plurality of consumer states in relation to the product.

  • Publication number: 20110246260
Abstract: A system and method for routing marketing opportunities to sales agents is described. One embodiment receives a plurality of consumer responses to marketing invitations; tracks, in a database, attributes of the consumers associated with the plurality of consumer responses, attributes of a plurality of sales agents with whom the consumers interact, product-related attributes, and transitions of the consumers among a plurality of consumer states; analyzes the information in the database to identify one or more factors that contributed to at least one transition; generates one or more routing rules based on the one or more factors; receives a new consumer response to a marketing invitation; and routes the new consumer response to a particular sales agent among the plurality of sales agents based on the one or more routing rules.

  • Publication number: 20020107913
Abstract: A system and method for remotely viewing a centrally stored document is described. In one embodiment, a user identifier associated with a user attempting to view a document is received. Next, relationship data associated with the user is retrieved and a request to view a particular document is received. • Publication number: 20020107699
Abstract: A system and method for exchanging data between a supplier and a buyer through the incorporation of both parties' backend systems is disclosed. When a buyer submits an order, it is sent to a data manager. The data manager extracts the relevant data from the incoming purchase order and translates it from the buyer-native format to a neutral format. The data manager can next translate the purchase order from the neutral format to the supplier-native format and send the translated purchase order to the supplier where it generally can be directly used by the supplier's backend system.

  • Publication number: 20020107752
