    Abstract: An apparatus for repaving an asphalt surface is provided. The apparatus includes a base carried on a plurality of wheels, a heater to heat and soften a damaged asphalt surface, a series of blades and a center mill to scarify and break up the heated asphalt surface, and a mixer to receive and recondition the reclaimed asphalt. The center mill may include a plurality of teeth members to break up the asphalt and a plurality of lip members and paddles to lift the broken asphalt and deliver it to the mixer.
