    Abstract: A portable sensor and indication system and method for sensing the position of a trailer body relative to an axle frame and providing an alert signal to an operator when the locking pins on the trailer body and the holes on the axle frame rails are aligned. Once the alert signal is provided, the locking pins may be engaged to lock the trailer body to the axle frame.
