    Abstract: The disclosure is of a bracelet assembly for carrying an identification device, used to transfer identity information to a business record or to generate labels for identification of samples, (blood, urine, etc.) from a medical patient; or medicaments (injectables, parenterals, etc.) to the patient. The assembly is an adjustable bracelet band with a pocket and having an identity tag carried in the pocket. The identity tag is attached to a tether that is secured to the band.
