Abstract: An apparatus is described for the filling of pasty products, comprising a conveyor apparatus which can be charged via a funnel and associated filling stations, with the conveying apparatus comprising at least two individual conveying mechanisms arranged in the same machine housing, which are fed via the funnel which is commonly associated with them and from each of which a filling tube or filling passage leads to a filling station directly adjacent the respective filling mechanism.

Abstract: A box is folded from a flat blank of sheet material. The flat blank of sheet material has a bottom portion, two side walls correspondingly connected via folds to first opposing edges of the bottom portion, and two end walls correspondingly connected via folds to second opposing edges of the bottom portion. The second edges extend perpendicular to the first edges. The end walls are of "double-wall" design, including inner and outer wall portions. Connecting portions are provided, with each connecting portion connected to intersecting edges of a side wall and a corresponding inner wall portion of an end wall and symmetrically foldable about a fold diagonally extending from a corner of the bottom portion such that in an erected state of the box the connecting portions are foldedly received between the corresponding inner and outer wall portions of each end wall.

Abstract: The invention relates to a filling machine for the filling of a hose-like sleeve, in particular of a gut with filling material in the form of large pieces of meat or ham, the machine comprising a supply vat with a discharge opening, a screw conveyor with a charging section chargeable via the discharge opening, a precompression section and a degassification section, a holding device for the sleeve or gut, a separating unit and a closing device for the sleeve or gut.

Abstract: A residual quantity filler is described in which a cylindrical filling tube is used in place of a filling funnel, with a lid arrangement being provided in the filling tube and with the lid arrangement moving during the dispensing step with the dispensed material as a result of the differential pressure between the atmosphere and the vacuum prevailing at inside the filling tube, thus ensuring that the entire residual quantity can be continuously and completely processed.

Abstract: A method of dispensing pasty material, in particular sausage meat, is described in which the filled material is first introduced into a filling funnel, is preferably de-aerated, and is subsequently transferred into a filling cylinder, with the transfer being effected as a result of the pressure difference which prevails between the filling funnel and the filling cylinder. The dispensing of the filling material takes place in the customary manner by pressure applied to a filling piston provided in the filling cylinder.
