Such fire hydrant bonnet covers can comprise an upper portion made in a shape of the bonnet of the fire hydrant, and a lower portion defining a cylindrical structure with a lip at a bottom edge of the lower portion to hold the elastic flexible material component onto the bonnet of the fire hydrant.

The server includes a metadata interpreter, a media database, and a web interface component. The metadata interpreter is configured to receive metadata associated with the received media, where the metadata includes time and location data. The media database is configured to store a plurality of media and its associated metadata. The web interface component is configured to automatically generate a display of media based upon time and location ranges corresponding to the associated metadata.

The waste odor collection apparatus comprises: an upright tube having an upper end portion, a central portion adapted to receive a flexible hose, and a lower portion adapted to seat on a supporting surface; a hood carried by and above the upper portion of the upright tube, adapted to peripherally surround and cover the exhaust intake on the ceiling; and, a first flexible hose having a feed end portion adapted to removably attach to the central portion of the upright tube and a collection end which may be routed proximate to a source of waste odor. Another aspect of this apparatus provides for an odor collection wand which is used in conjunction with the flexible hose connected to the exhaust intake.

The passageway, of relatively small diameter, opens into an emptying chamber, of relatively greater diameter, adjacent that end of the housing which is adapted for insertion into the mouth or nose of the user. Adjacent that end of the emptying chamber closest to the passageway, the housing has means for receiving or presenting a unit dose of powdered medicament for administration. During inhalation, a portion of the air stream passing through the passageway into the emptying chamber is deflected by a beveled deflector causing sufficient air flow to come into contact with the powdered medicament whereby the powdered medicament is entrained in the air stream being inhaled, and is carried into the nose, throat or lungs of the user where beneficial or therapeutic action of the medicament occurs.
