Abstract: The present invention relates to methods, systems and software for managing software license annuities. The method relates to monitoring renewal revenue, including developing a forecast of renewal revenue, for each of one or more customers, using a customer database; contacting some of the customers to obtain customer profile data; assisting each of the contacted customers to select a renewal option using the customer profile data; modifying the forecast for each of the contacted customers based on the renewal option selected by that customer; and comparing the forecast and the customer's actual renewal purchases to monitor renewal revenue. The followings methods are also disclosed: a computer-implemented method of modelling renewal options, a method of managing annuity renewals, a method of modelling annuity renewals, and a method of displaying customer compliance with a licensing scheme. Systems and software for performing any of the mentioned methods are further disclosed.

The wires to be twisted are inserted through individual, appropriately sized wire ports which hold the wires in place relative to one another. Abstract: A brake apparatus having components formed from sheet metal pressings or stampings which brake apparatus includes a pair of brake arms each pivotally connected with a base on opposite sides of a brake drum. The brake arms are spring-biased together to urge brake shoes thereon into braking engagement with opposite sides of a brake drum, respectively. A normally de-energized brake release mechanism is provided for pivoting the brake arms apart against the force of the spring biasing device, thereby releasing the brake shoes from engagement with the drum. The base and the brake arms are constructed as assemblies of sheet metal pressings, and the electromagnetic parts of the brake release mechanism include lamination stacks which are sandwiched between side plates of one of the arms.

Abstract: A screw propeller assembly comprising a propeller shaft rotatable co-axially with a swash member, a propeller having a hub connected to the propeller shaft by way of a universal joint wherein the hub is mounted to the universal joint indirectly through jointing members, the jointing members and swash plate co-operating to cause the axis of rotation of the hub to move at an incline to the axis of rotation of the propeller shaft thereby providing a paddle action to the propeller in addition to the rotary motion thereof.
