Aspects of the disclosure further relate to nucleic acid molecules suitable for use as a vaccine in the treatment and prevention of infectious diseases, including those caused by a coronavirus, compositions comprising said nucleic acid molecules and methods of treating or preventing infectious diseases.

Abstract: An acoustic actuator for scale removal and prevention in a wellbore is described herein. For example, a system can include a tubing string deployed downhole in a wellbore. A downhole tool can be coupled to the tubing string. An acoustic actuator can be coupled to the tubing string and positioned proximate to the downhole tool. The acoustic actuator can generate an acoustic signal that can vibrate the tubing string to generate a fluidic disturbance in downhole fluid within the tubing string for removing contaminants from, or preventing formation of contaminants, on the downhole tool.

Abstract: Systems, apparatus and methods are described for purposes of initiating a response to detection of an adverse operational condition involving a system including a drill rig and an inground tool. The response can be based on an uphole sensed parameter in combination with a downhole sensed parameter. The adverse operational condition can involve cross-bore detection, frac-out detection, excessive downhole pressure, a plugged jet indication and drill string key-holing detection. A communication system includes an inground communication link that allows bidirectional communication between a walkover detector and the drill rig via the inground tool. Monitoring of inground tool depth and/or lateral movement can be performed using techniques that approach integrated values. Bit force based auto-carving is described in the context of an automated procedure.

Abstract: Techniques described herein provide for a live advertising processing engine service to act as an intermediary between client applications and advertising networks. The live advertising processing engine service can provide an interface with which the client can interact, via an application programming interface (API) or directly through the use of a standardized language, thereby allowing client applications to receive advertisement data without the need to be customized to communicate with specific advertising networks. The live advertising processing engine service can further track where, in playback the live content, a client currently is, to indicate to the client—or other application—when advertisement breaks are and/or provide supplemental advertisement information to enable the client to provide a rich user experience.

Abstract: A system and method for facilitating physical therapy that may include a wearable display, wearable sensors disposed at varying positions on a user, a processor comprising executable instructions configured to provide a virtual reality environment, virtual characters, and therapeutic activities on the wearable display, wherein the virtual characters interact with the user to provide at least form feedback and positive reinforcement. A new instance of the virtual reality environment, with identifiable differences, may be generated in response to a measured completion or partial completion of a therapeutic activity. Changes in the virtual reality environment may offer users continued indications of progression throughout the duration of a physical therapy program.
