  • Patent number: 11945619
Abstract: A packaging machine may include a foil transport device and a controlling system for controlling an operation of at least one drive unit of the foil transport device. The controlling system is designed to activate the drive unit during a production run of the packaging machine on the basis of a speed- and/or temperature-dependent friction moment characteristic curve detected by means of a rotationally driven measurement run carried out by the drive unit. The disclosure furthermore relates to a method for controlling a drive unit of a foil transport device.

  • Publication number: 20240071500
Abstract: Memory array structures, and methods of their formation, might include a first memory cell having a first control gate and an adjacent first portion of a charge-blocking structure, a second memory cell having a second control gate and an adjacent second portion of the charge-blocking structure, and a first dielectric material between the first control gate and the second control gate, and adjacent to a third portion of the charge-blocking structure that is between the first and second portions of the charge-blocking structure. The third portion of the charge-blocking structure might include a second dielectric material and a third dielectric material different than the second dielectric material, and the first portion of the charge-blocking structure and the second portion of the charge-blocking structure might each include the third dielectric material and a fourth dielectric material different than the second dielectric material. Apparatus might include such memory array structures.

  • Patent number: 4507710
Abstract: In an assembly of electronic components, including elemental electronic components, subassemblies or integrated circuits insertable into housings, and a system carrier having a surrounding injection-molded housing base of thermoplastic material, active zones of the electronic components and external electric terminals of the system carrier having electrical contacts connected by wires bonded thereto, the improvement therein including a web of thermoplastic material disposed between at least one of the contacts of the system carrier, on the one hand, and at least one of the contacts of the electronic components, on the other hand, and spacing the bonded wires away from the system carrier.

  • Patent number: 4371231
Abstract: An electrically conductive connection is disclosed for the active parts of an electrical component or of an integrated circuit to terminals for external connection. The connection consists of a very thin gold wire and of a metal layer which are situated on the electrical component or on the integrated circuit. The gold wire is connected to the metal layer by means of thermocompression. The metal layer is provided with perforation holes at least in the area of the nailhead of the gold wire formed due to thermocompression, the perforation holes being provided to improve the contact.

  • Patent number: 4105610
Abstract: A reaction product of a diolefine polymer with a phenol and an olefinically unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride wherein the diolefine polymer is(a) a homopolymer of a diene having 4 to 10 carbon atoms,(b) a copolymer of at least two dienes of (a),(c) a copolymer of at least one diene of (a) with a minor molar amount of at least one copolymerizable monomer,(d) a combination of at least two of (a) to (c)Wherein the amount of phenol is in the range from 2 to 40% by weight and the amount of the unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride is in the range from 2 to 55% by weight, always referred to the starting polymer, a process for the preparation of said product wherein(a) a homopolymer of a diene having 4 to 10 carbon atoms,(b) a copolymer of at least two dienes of (a),(c) a copolymer of at least one diene of (a) with a minor molar amount of at least one copolymerizable monomer,(d) a combination of at least two of (a) to (c),(e) polymerizable unsaturated monomers being the base for one of polymers (a)

  • Patent number: 4025479
Abstract: Sulfuric acid compounds are removed from reaction mixtures by a reaction with polybutadiene alone or combined with unsaturated terpene compounds at elevated temperatures whereby products of reduction are formed which are volatilizable at the temperature of reaction and by expelling said products of reduction from the reaction mixture. Thus a product being substantially free from a sulfur content is obtained.
