Abstract: Provided herein are methods of treating a subject having a disease or disorder associated with a PAH gene mutation. The methods generally comprise administering to the subject a therapeutically effective does of a recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) that can express a phenylalanine hydroxylase (PAH) polypeptide in a cell and thereby restore PAH gene function in the subject.

Abstract: A novel shipping label is described that includes an electronically updateable visual display that can be updated throughout the shipping process to provide routing instructions to package handlers. Instructions shown on the updateable display can provide such information as an indication of a particular conveyor belt or vehicle or a particular location in a vehicle for the package to be placed. A label interface device for updating the new shipping label is also described herein along with systems for updating the shipping label over the course of the package delivery. In addition, novel methods of providing shipping services that are made possible by these devices and systems are included in the disclosure.

Abstract: A web feed system for a laser printer that controls the feeding of web through the printer to a receiving device. The system includes an input feed station and an output feed station. At the output feed station there is a shock absorbing support roller and a series of rollers including a torque roller that support the web in a detection loop. Several features are incorporated to permit ease of transition between box and roll feed states.
