A first power port is connectable to the power grid to receive power therefrom, a second power port is connectable to the vehicle power network, and a third power port is connectable with the home power network. A switch is in electrical communication with the first, second and third power ports, with the switch being transitional between first and second positions. In the first position, the switch places the first power port in electrical communication with the second and third power ports to enable the power grid to provide power to the vehicle power network and the home power network.     Abstract: Described herein are methods related to generating intermediate mesoderm (IM) cells, including using sequential treatment of small molecules and growth factors, and composition produced by the described methods. Using small molecules such as CHIR99021 in combination with FGF2 and RA, efficient differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) into intermediate mesoderm, such as PAX2+LHX1+ cells, is achieved. The method is extensible different hPSC cell lines and does not require flow sorting. Importantly, resulting PAX2+LHX1+ cells, are capable of WT1 expression and addition of FGF9 and activin, PAX2+LHX1+ cells specifically differentiates cells into SIX2, SALL1, and WT1 expressing cells representative of cap mesenchyme nephron progenitor cells. The described methods and compositions facilitate and improve the directed differentiation of hPSCs into cells of the kidney lineage for the purposes of bioengineering kidney tissue and iPS cell disease modeling.

    Abstract: A weighing apparatus includes a liquid container which is of a variable volume. An transparent press plate is fixed on the upper surface of the liquid container. The top surface of the press plate has weight indexing marks which are indicated in a vortex-like arrangement. The liquid container can be pressed by the press plate to discharge liquid from the liquid container. A transparent, thin hose has an open end communicated with the liquid container, and a closed end positioned just under the indexing marks of the press plate in such a manner that the closed end of the hose is self-wound in a vortex-like arrangement. When the press plate is not pressed, a portion of the hose is gripped by a holding mechanism to prevent the discharged liquid from flowing back into the liquid container.

The serrated penetrating member has an end contacting a contact portion of a conductive sleeve member which surrounds a pin plug member having a contact end to contact the inner conductor of the cable. The cable is connected to the connector by pressing the cover against the base.
