Abstract: Systems, methods and articles of manufacture are disclosed for generating an incremental ETL job from an instance of an abstract ETL operator model representing an exhaustive ETL job for loading data from a source schema to a target schema. In one embodiment, the abstract operator model may be extended to include incremental variants of operators of the abstract ETL operator model. From the instance of the abstract ETL operator model and from the extended ETL operator model, a corresponding instance of the extended ETL operator model may be generated. An incremental ETL job may be deployed from the instance of the extended ETL operator model. The incremental ETL job may be executed to load data from the source schema to the target schema.

Abstract: A method and system for creating interrecord relationships between master data records stored in a relational database are provided. The method includes receiving information for a first master data record from a user, searching a plurality of master data records in the relational database for candidates that have a potential of being related to the processed master data record, the searching performed automatically in response to the receiving, determining at least one possible relationship type between the candidates found as a result of the searching and the first master data record, and presenting the at least one possible relationship type and the candidates found as a result of the searching to the user. The disclosed method and system allow a user to create and maintain relationships between multiple master data records with minimal steps.

A method and system are provided for optimizing a group of activities (GOA) comprising a DMA, whereby the GOA is comprised in the workflow to improve the overall performance. The method determines the DMAs, and for each DMA, a data level statement (DLS). The GOA is determined and a process graph model (PGM) is determined from the GOA so that the DLS is comprised in the PGM and the semantics of the PGM are identical to those of the GOA. The PGM is optimized for which an optimized GOA is determined. The semantics of the optimized GOA are identical to those of the GOA. In the workflow, the GOA is replaced by the optimized GOA.

Abstract: The present disclosure details a method and system used for turning human participants who control avatars in a virtual world setting into real life marketing leads. In one embodiment, a virtual location is presented within a virtual world to facilitate interaction with an avatar. The avatar is identified within a master data management system, and a profile of the human behind the avatar is created or retrieved. To encourage the human user to provide real-world information through the avatar within the virtual world, an incentive is offered and awarded as necessary. The real-world information about the human user, such as address or demographic information about the human user is collected and stored in the profile, and eventually synchronized with a CRM system. As appropriate, the data collected and compiled in the CRM system may be used to launch marketing campaigns.

Abstract: The present invention provides a system, architecture and process to support new interaction paradigms in customer support. Specifically, the approach of the present invention will unify through a new process and innovative system architecture the two basic methods of in house support and online support. Abstract: An apparatus for refrigeration system control includes a plurality of circuits, each circuit having at least one refrigeration case and an electronic evaporator pressure regulator in communication with each circuit.
