  • Patent number: 11096509
Abstract: A dual-chambered beverage container assembly for separating two beverages includes a shell that defines an interior space. The shell has a top that is open. A wall is coupled to an inner surface of the shell and bisects the interior space from the top to a bottom of the shell to define a first and second chambers. A first beverage that is positioned in the first chamber is separated by the wall from a second beverage that is positioned in the second chamber. Each of a pair of tubes is coupled to a respective opposing side of the wall. A lower end of the tube is positioned proximate to a bottom of the shell and an upper end extends from the top of the shell. The tubes are configured to permit a user to simultaneously draw the first beverage and the second beverage into a mouth of the user.

  • Patent number: 7233863
Abstract: A location finder device uses a GPS (Global Positioning System) to lock in location coordinates of a user site or a stationary car and then uses GPS and the last locked-in coordinates to direct the user back to the original location. The device may use special encrypted, firm-coded language to handle each function and operation, such as to calculate all locked in coordinates and to display the distance for the user to return to the last locked-in location.

  • Patent number: 7000801
Abstract: A drinking vessel sleeve includes a sleeve side wall sheet having a first side wall sheet end and a second side wall sheet end and being coiled into a tubular sleeve configuration having a sleeve circumference so that the first side wall sheet end is radially spaced inwardly from the second side wall sheet end, and including an adjustment lever structure pivotally interconnecting the first and second side wall sheet ends and extending radially inwardly from the first side wall sheet end to define a lever tab portion; so that pivoting the lever tab portion toward the first side wall sheet end increases the sleeve circumference to receive a larger diameter vessel, and pivoting the lever structure toward the second side wall causes the second side wall end to overlap the first side wall end to decrease the sleeve circumference to receive a smaller diameter vessel.

  • Patent number: 6318689
Abstract: A container holder for securing to a mounting surface and for receiving and retaining a container includes an elongate lash member having first lash member end and a second lash member end; a first lash member attachment mechanism secured to the first lash member end; a second lash member attachment mechanism secured to the second lash member end; and a container receiving pouch structure suspended substantially vertically from the horizontal elastic retaining lash. The lash member preferably is formed of elastic material, so that the lash member can be stretched to fit around and resiliently engage containers of various sizes, and to pull the container against the mounting surface, enhancing container support by increasing friction between the mounting surface and the container.
