  • Publication number: 20250143742
Abstract: Rotational atherectomy devices and systems can remove or reduce stenotic lesions in blood vessels by rotating one or more abrasive elements within the vessel. The abrasive elements are attached to a distal portion of an elongate flexible drive shaft that extends from a handle assembly that includes a driver for rotating the drive shaft. In particular implementations, individual abrasive elements are attached to the drive shaft at differing radial angles in comparison to each other (e.g., configured in a helical array). The centers of mass of the abrasive elements can define a path that spirals around the drive shaft in a direction that is opposite to the wind direction of filars of the drive shaft, and opposite to the direction of rotation. In some embodiments, a concentric abrasive tip member is affixed to and extends distally from a distal-most end of the drive shaft.

  • Patent number: 12293287
Abstract: A set of training electrocardiograms (ECGs) for each of a plurality of subjects is processed using a machine learning model to generate an output for each training ECG of each of the plurality of subjects. Training ECGs for each subject are labeled with an identity of the subject. A machine learning model is trained by comparing the output generated for each training ECG to a corresponding label of the training ECG to generate an identity model to identify ECGs of a first subject of the plurality of subjects. A first ECG is received from an ECG sensor and input to the identity model, which generates an output indicating whether the first ECG corresponds to the first subject. In response to the output indicating that the first ECG does not correspond to the first subject, a condition that the first subject has or may develop is determined based on the output.

  • Patent number: 12293450
Abstract: A 3D conversation system can facilitate 3D conversations in an augmented reality environment, allowing conversation participants to appear as if they are face-to-face. The 3D conversation system can accomplish this with a pipeline of data processing stages, which can include calibrate, capture, tag and filter, compress, decompress, reconstruct, render, and display stages. Generally, the pipeline can capture images of the sending user, create intermediate representations, transform the representations to convert from the orientation the images were taken from to a viewpoint of the receiving user, and output images of the sending user, from the viewpoint of the receiving user, in synchronization with audio captured from the sending user. Such a 3D conversation can take place between two or more sender/receiving systems and, in some implementations can be mediated by one or more server systems. In various configurations, stages of the pipeline can be customized based on a conversation context.
