  • Publication number: 20120063111
Abstract: An electrical outlet box includes a housing comprising a plurality of electrical components and a switch; a cover adapted to close onto the housing and comprising an opening above the switch; and at least one manipulation assembly each disposed between the opening of the cover and the switch, each manipulation assembly comprising a membrane member mounted on the opening of the cover, and a lever block so that a pressing of the membrane member can turn on or off the switch via the lever block.

  • Publication number: 20110006679
Abstract: An LED light source includes a housing having a base adapted to mount in an electrical socket; a circuit board received in the housing; an electrical circuit assembly received in the housing, the electrical circuit assembly being electrically connected to both the circuit board and the base; an LED assembly mounted on the circuit board, the LED assembly including a plurality of LED elements electrically connected to the circuit board; and a bulb mounted on an open end of the housing for enclosing the circuit board, the electrical circuit assembly, and the LED assembly, wherein the LED elements are arranged in three-dimension so as to irradiate an enlarged range. The LED elements may be arranged and shaped as a tapered tower, a tree, or a semi-sphere.

  • Publication number: 20110001417
Abstract: A LED bulb includes a housing having a base mounted in an electrical socket; a heat removal device mounted on a lower portion of the housing for surrounding the remaining portion of the housing; a bulb formed of transparent material or being frosted, the bulb being mounted on a top edge of the heat removal device; a light source (e.g., Hi-Power LED) mounted on the heat removal device and the housing; and a circuit board received in the housing, the circuit board being electrically connected to the light source and the base respectively. Heat generated by the LED is adapted to conduct away by the heat removal device. In one embodiment, the heat removal device includes an inverted, truncated cone having a corrugated surface. In another embodiment, the cone includes a plurality of longitudinal, spaced latches formed around, the latches having an opening.

  • Publication number: 20080173891
Abstract: A LED includes a first substrate having a recess, a second substrate having a polarity opposing that of the first substrate, a LED chip die-bonded on the recess, a bonding wire interconnecting the LED chip and the second substrate, and a case formed around the first substrate, the second substrate, the LED chip, and the bonding wire The case includes a curve rough surface on a front portion. The curve rough surface is adapted to diverge light emitted by the LED chip such that light can be transmitted toward a wider area. Either ridges or grooves are formed on the curve rough surface. The curve rough surface is formed by either injection molding in the packaging process of the case or adhering after the injection molding process.
