  • Patent number: 7640871
Abstract: The system used to form slabs on large surfaces includes a grid structure comprised of vertical braces, support bolsters, primary beams and cross beams, all of which rest on the bolsters, with the cross beams closing the grid and providing a stiffness to the structure that allows assembly of the entire grid structure and the later positioning of the formwork panels. The bolsters provide support so that the beams can descend to a stripping position allowing to recover, before the concrete sets, both the beams and the panels. The longitudinal beams are provided with supports for the panels, constructed such that they allow the panels to hang vertically during the stripping operation. The cross beams end at a profile made of rubber or the like providing a means for sealing the grid, as well as for absorbing any possible clearances originated during the assembly of the panels.

  • Patent number: 7571888
Abstract: A slab formwork comprising vertical props, fixed bolsters mounted on the upper end of the props and shuttering panels supported on the bolsters. In correspondence with the four corners of a planar, horizontal and upper surface of the bolsters, some diagonal protuberances project outward with their upper surface inclined downward toward the interior and with two slopes defining individual inclined planes convergent in a common and longitudinal edge, the upper surface defining the support for the corresponding shuttering panels, the latter having on their corners some reinforcements. There are also defined complementary inclined surfaces to the two slopes of the upper surfaces of the protuberances, those reinforcements being supplemented with lateral flanges by means of which it is possible to hang the shuttering panels, both for carrying out their erection and for their dismantling.

  • Patent number: 7513480
Abstract: The climbing system comprises an upper head (5) attached to the bracket arrangement (3) and also solidly joined to the body of a hydraulic cylinder (6) the rod whereof is attached to a lower head (7), both heads (5) and (7) having a body (8) with upper (9) and lower (10) wings defining there between guides that encircle the upright (1), each of the heads having a rocker (11) that can act on flanges or blocks (14) distributed along the upright (1). The rocker is mounted on a transversal axis (12), against the action of a spring (13) that permanently acts on the rocker in any of its operating positions, and there is an outer handle (19) solidly joined to the transversal axis (12), which can make said axis (12) rotate to change the position of the rocker in relation to the upright (1). The system also has a safety device that makes it possible to limit the positions of the rocker.

  • Patent number: 6530552
Abstract: The formwork system is based on the use of modules that can be coupled to each other, both laterally and vertically, with each one comprised of a pair of metal sheets (2) that determine the inner and outer faces of the formwork, with threaded transverse rods (25) that join the sheets (2) to each other, and welded to the outer sides of these are a series of trapezoidal profiles (7) and two edge profiles (7′). The system includes stiffeners (10) that are provided with tensioning devices, with the stiffeners (10) connected to the trapezoidal profiles (7) by triangular plates (13) on which act the tensioning devices in order to move these triangular plates and thereby to curve the panel, maintaining the curvature in the blocked position by means of a device installed between the triangular plate (13) and the corresponding trapezoidal profile (7) and by another tensioning device (12) applied to the stiffeners (10).
