    Abstract: An apparatus for raising and lowering toilet seating parts, such as a toilet seat or a seat cover or lid, can be placed on a toilet. A lifting means, such as a bar or lever, connects to the toilet seating part. The lifting means is mounted on a beam, and as the beam rotates, so does the lifting means. A placing means, such as an anchor or clip, holds the apparatus in place. A handle is attached to the beam to rotate the beam and lift or lower the toilet seating part.
