Abstract: The present invention relates to a dental/medical device consisting of an absorbable synthetic membrane, preferably white to gray in color, comprising poly(dioxanone) and optionally graphene and stem cells, to be used in guided tissue reconstruction and/or regeneration of bone defects and other connective tissues (gum, skin, cartilage or cornea, for example). Furthermore, the present invention relates to the use of said device for the above-related applications and to the process of preparing said device.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a medical device manufactured using the additive manufacturing process (3D printing). It is a medical device used preferably as a bone graft composed of a porous structure based on bioceramics based on ?-tricalcium phosphate (?-TCP) or hydroxyapatite, which may or not contain nanostructures in its composition, for example: carbon nanostructures (graphene, graphene oxide, reduced graphene oxide, carbon nanotubes, etc.) and, in preferred embodiments, stem cells and polymeric membrane. Also, the present invention relates to the use of this device as a bone graft and the process of preparing this device.

Abstract: The invention refers to a dental guide fixator for guided surgical procedures fixed in an internal region of at least one implant comprising: —a fixed pin being inserted using a key or manually with an apical region comprising a fixation thread region comprising an adjustment thread and a regulating element comprising an internal thread configured to be threaded to the adjustment thread and having a guide fixation region; the regulating element is threaded onto the fixed pin being passed through a hole in a surgical guide and fixed to the internal thread of a dental implant through the fixation thread in the apical region, whereby the guide fixation region comes into contact with the guide and said regulating element is threaded onto the fixed pin in order to compress the guide between the guide fixation region and the surface of the patient's mouth.

More precisely, the present invention relates to a prosthetic component manufactured by additive manufacture means. Furthermore, the present invention refers to a process to manufacture a prosthetic component through additive manufacturing mans. The prosthetic component (1) for a dental prosthesis being coupled to an osseointegrable implant (20) and a prosthesis (30), the component comprises a superior portion (2), an intermediate portion (3) and a lower portion (4); the upper portion (2) further comprising a cylindrical projection (5), which comprises a cavity (6); the lower portion (4) comprises an adaptation base (7), wherein at the lower end of the adaptation base (7) a threaded projection (8) is arranged; wherein the intermediate portion comprises a rough, porous surface; and the component is made by additive manufacturing means.
