  • Patent number: 6871997
Abstract: A watch case comprising a rotary bezel, first and second angular positioning markings, one set secured to the bezel and the other set to the case middle and elastic means in the form of a closed-loop spring tending to place the positioning markings into engagement with one another. These markings are distributed with numbers of spacings one of which is a multiple of the other and the outlines of which extend in a plane parallel to that of the bezel. Guide means are engaged with the markings having the smallest number of spacings, in order simultaneously to exert on these markings radial pressures directed toward the other markings.

  • Publication number: 20040141424
Abstract: This watch case comprises a rotary bezel (1, 21), first (2a, 21a) and second (4, 13a, 23a) angular positioning markings, one set (4, 13a, 21a) secured to the bezel (1, 21) and the other set (2a, 23a) to the case middle (B) and elastic means (3, 23) in the form of a closed-loop spring (3, 13, 23) tending to place the positioning markings into engagement with one another. These markings are distributed with numbers of spacings one of which is a multiple of the other and the outlines of which extend in a plane parallel to that of the bezel (1, 21). Guide means (1a, 22a) are engaged with the markings (4, 13a, 23a) having the smallest number of spacings, in order simultaneously to exert on these markings radial pressures directed toward the other markings (2a, 21a).

  • Patent number: 5771543
Abstract: This adjustment device comprises an adjustment link (6) provided with two parallel articulation axes (5,7) transverse to a bracelet, each serving to connect this adjustment link to two elements of the bracelet forming an endless attachment. This adjustment link is able to pivot about one of its axes (5) to that their respective positions are inverted, these two positions thus corresponding to two determined lengths of the bracelet. In the shorter adjusted position, the adjustment link (6) elastically engages in a recess (8c) of one of the articulated elements (8) of the adjustment link (6) by pressing this element (8) in the direction of the arrow (F.sub.7) so that the adjusted position is maintained as long as the adjustment link (6) has not moved out of the recess (8c) in which it is elastically held by the locking means (8d) of the recess (8c).

  • Patent number: 5155713
Abstract: The portion of the rim (1) situated between the flanges (2) presents a clearance (3) in the form of an arc of a circle provided between the lateral exterior side and concentric with the center of the case. Another clearance (4), also in the form of an arc of a circle, is provided in the surface of the rim (1) adjacent to the crystal (5) and extends at an angle from the first clearance (3) and on both sides thereof. The edge of the second clearance (4) is located at a distance from the outside edge of the rim (1), thus providing two retaining eyes (4a). The clearances (3, 4) receive a decorative element (6), the upper side of which is adjacent to the lower side of the crystal (5), which prevents it from falling out through the clearance (4).
