  • Publication number: 20240118963
Abstract: Systems and methods for automated detection of website errors during a sequence of device interactions with a website. In one example, a computing device is configured to identify clickstream data associated with a client device interacting with a website and predict a clickstream metric for a subsequent interaction with the website based at least in part on the clickstream data. An anomaly website event for an interaction of the client device with the website is determined based on a measurement of the clickstream metric failing to reach a predefined range of the predicted clickstream metric. Anomaly type for the anomaly website event is determined based at least in part on a machine learning model being trained with a plurality of previous anomaly website events identified from a plurality of previous instances of clickstream data.

  • Patent number: 11914459
Abstract: Systems and methods for automated detection of website errors during a sequence of device interactions with a website. In one example, a computing device is configured to receive a website navigation sequence of a series of web page interactions between a client device and a website. The computing device can determine a predicted completion time for a next measurement of the client device executing the website navigation sequence. An actual completion time for the next measurement of the client device executing the website navigation sequence can be determined. Then, the computing device can determine an anomaly website event based on the actual competition time failing to meet a boundary threshold. The anomaly website event is determined to be a website error based on a second machine learning model being trained with a plurality of previous website errors identified from a plurality of previous website navigation sequences.

  • Patent number: 11425006
Abstract: A system for processing cybersecurity monitoring data includes a load balancing operator coupled to at least one incoming data stream. The load balancing operator is operable to distribute cybersecurity monitoring messages amongst a plurality of collector processing units operable to generate monitoring records from the received cybersecurity monitoring messages in a first format. A plurality of parser sub-units coupled to the plurality of collector processing sub-units are operable to generate parsed monitoring records by converting the received monitoring records from the first format to a second format. A combiner operator coupled to the plurality of parser sub-units is operable to combine the parsed monitoring records from the plurality of parser sub-units into a synchronous output data stream. The system is configured such that data flows sequentially from the load balancing operator to the plurality of collector processing sub-units and to the plurality of parser sub-units to the combiner operator.

  • Publication number: 20160261742
Abstract: A system is provided that provides for the prioritization of incoming calls to a communications device based on respective caller profiles. Each profile may include a caller priority value. The system may prioritize an incoming call based on the priority value. The priority value may be updated manually or automatically in accordance with a variety of factors. While the communications device receive an incoming call while an existing call is active, the communications device may request a call management command at the communications device or provide a notification that an incoming call has been received and is pending in accordance with the respective caller profile.

  • Publication number: 20110303385
Abstract: An improved and efficient method and apparatus for convective cooling of cast sand molds containing molten metal, utilizing vertically-arrayed cooling stations (preferably arranged on a plurality of shelves inside a housing enclosure for temporarily storing said sand molds during their cooling from a molten temperature level to a lower solidification temperature. A draft of cooling air is circulated through said stations in said housing whereby the time for solidifying the molten metal in said cast sand molds is reduced as compared with passive air cooling of said molds. Robot means are provided for moving hot sand molds from a feeding port in said housing to said shelves and for moving cooled sand molds from said shelves to a delivery port in said housing.

  • Publication number: 20060023750
Abstract: A method, “transparent switching”, is disclosed that enables the transfer of packet and TDM information flows on circuits between ports on interfaces to a network. These circuits consist of fixed-length transparent switching frames that occur at a provisioned fixed repetition rate. In the network interfaces, arriving flows from outside the network are groomed and mapped into circuits, using mapping procedures disclosed herein, that carry traffic to one or more destination network interfaces. Inside the network, circuits can be switched and multiplexed either on the basis of data containers, “transparent switching frames,” or on the basis of underlying transport technologies. The traffic flows that arrive at a destination interface from inside the network are removed from the transparent switching frames and delivered to the appropriate egress port.
