  • Publication number: 20210137441
Abstract: A new measurement, analysis and diagnostic equipment is provided for use in a medical field for measuring and analyzing cardiac activity. Measured parameters of human and environmental factors are synchronized in accordance with cardiac activity parameters (Recg or RRI). The measurement, analysis and diagnostic equipment includes at least a central processing unit and sensors. Sensors process the measured data and transmit only a significant feature or sequence over time of features to the central unit, namely, they provide already processed data. In this way, technical resources of the central unit can be used to process and deliver the data in real time, to perform an advanced analysis, to include a large amount of the measured parameters.

  • Publication number: 20210052167
Abstract: The invention provides a new method for monitoring and analysing cardiovascular functions and equipment implementing the method. The portable equipment described and measurement analysis method operating in it, allowing continuous monitoring over time of cardiac functions and vascular resistance by electrical impedance and mechanical methods with electrocardiogram (ECG) by assessing changes in the carotid pulse wave form, carotid wave amplitude level, cardiac contraction, heart rate variability. A new device (a piece of equipment described), a part of which is fitted in outer ear canals and is designed for measuring the electrical head tissue impedance and ear air pressure parameters. The method and equipment provide the possibility to measure, process, synchronize and analyse cardiovascular activity parameters of three types and thereby obtain information about the cardiovascular activity status and its variation over time, which could not be obtained by measuring and analysing these parameters separately.

  • Patent number: 10342474
Abstract: The present invention collects data on circadian intervals between two cardiac contractions (RR intervals) and, on the basis of the collected data on circadian RR intervals, provides a system for analysis of the human circadian heart rhythm autonomic nervous system balance, and analysis of heart rate (HR). The invention focuses on HR fluctuations that are divided into three groups: slow fluctuations of the circadian period, higher frequencies compared with circadian, and chaotic. The division into parts is executed by applying adequate empiric and mathematical methods to determine a series of envelope curves, closely and individually related to the principal circadian series, followed by their separation from the input HR series, and then applying HR variability (HRV) methods to increase accuracy of the analysis of HRV results and add new HR regulation criteria to the analysis outcomes.

  • Publication number: 20170311867
Abstract: An analysis system for analysis of the balance of circadian heart rhythm autonomic nervous system, the analysis system having tools which are designed to perform the following steps after artifact and arrhythmias removal from RR interval series: identification of the chaotic part of the RR interval series and analysis of the chaotic part; separation of the chaotic part from RR interval series and acquisition of the clean circadian RR series; acquisition of the normalized RR interval series using—interpolation, resampling and normalization; analysis of the heart rate bimodal distribution and modes of the normalized RR interval series; identification of the heart rate circadian period in the normalized RR data series; analysis of the heart rhythm variable part SNS and PNS regulation indicators in the normalized RR data series; generation of the report on obtained results in graph and tabular form.
