  • Patent number: 11728033
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for determining an emotional state of a medical professional and dynamically generating clinical procedures that are adapted to the medical professional's emotional state, as well as an assessment of a medical device based on the determined emotional state. Observation data corresponding to a medical professional associated with a clinical procedure can be received and processed to determine an emotional state of the medical professional. The emotional state can be predicted using a first predictive model trained in a machine learning process. The determined emotional state can be provided to a second predictive model to provide one or more adapted clinical procedures. Device assessment data can also be used with the determined emotional state to determine an assessment of a medical device. The one or more adapted clinical procedures and the assessment of the medical device can be provided as an output.

  • Patent number: 11169010
Abstract: An implant includes a processor, RF communication circuitry, optical communication circuitry, a power source and a memory, all of which being hermetically sealed within a housing having a transparent window. Sensor readings are transmitted by RF using the RF communication circuitry to a remote reader after receiving interrogation signals from the reader. During calibration of the sensor, corrective coefficients are calculated by comparing actual sensor pressure readings with known pressure readings. The corrective coefficients are transmitted to the memory of the control circuitry using optical communication wherein modulated light is transmitted through the transparent window of the housing to the photo-detector.

  • Publication number: 20210178028
Abstract: The present invention features methods of manipulating subdermal fat in a treatment area. Such methods include inserting a needle (e.g., a micro-coring needle) through the dermis to the subdermal fat layer in order to excise a portion of tissue from the treatment area. These insertions result in a portion of the dermis and a portion of subdermal fat to enter into the needle. Removal of the needle results in excision of the portion of dermis and subdermal fat that entered into the needle.
